Dear Frederick Families,
Happy Friday! This week’s newsletter is attached! Please review the newsletter for some important new information including details about an upcoming school wide field trip, our Law Enforcement/Armed Intruder Safety Drill, and other important reminders regarding Halloween, Red Ribbon Week, and more!
Next Friday is the first Student Council Rec Night of the School Year for 6th grade students! (5th graders will have their opportunity the following week on November 1st!). We look forward to these fun events each year, but please make sure to review the information in this newsletter so you are aware of the event details!
Lastly, we are still hoping to have more veterans join us for our upcoming Veteran’s Day assembly on November 11th. If there is a veteran in your family, please extend the invite! Please see the information included in the newsletter for more details and how Veteran’s can RSVP. We hope to have our headcounts finalized by November 1st.

Queridas familias de Frederick:
¡Feliz viernes! ¡El boletín de esta semana está adjunto! Revise el boletín para obtener información nueva e importante, incluidos detalles sobre una próxima excursión escolar, nuestro simulacro de seguridad para agentes de la ley y contra intrusos armados y otros recordatorios importantes sobre Halloween, la Semana del Lazo Rojo y más.
El próximo viernes es la primera Noche de recreación del consejo estudiantil del año escolar para los estudiantes de sexto grado (los estudiantes de quinto grado tendrán su oportunidad la semana siguiente, el 1 de noviembre). Esperamos con ansias estos divertidos eventos cada año, pero asegúrese de revisar la información en este boletín para conocer los detalles del evento.
Por último, todavía tenemos la esperanza de que más veteranos se unan a nosotros en nuestra próxima asamblea del Día de los Veteranos el 11 de noviembre.
